Customer Reviews for Hilton Vancouver Airport

Good choice - posted on 01/20/2006

As I've been staying at Hilton hotels in many places for many years, it was an easy choice and for the rest of my family (there were five of us in total). It was just a stop-gap on the way to a vacation in British Columbia, but enjoyable in all respects.I wouldn't hesitate to come back next time I'm in Vancouver.

Stayed a number of times with everything being great, close to airport, shopping mall across the street, lots of restuarants within walking distance and a couple of pubs nearby. Everything you so close to hotel.

Elevators from Parking Lot - posted on 06/16/2005

This was the most horrible experience! We arrived VERY travel-weary and found ourselves lost in your parking lot - and ending up at the Marriott while our also very weary freinds waited for us in your lobby. PLEASE take the time and money to paint the appropriate wording on the door leading to the hotel (currently it is just a plain beige door with NO signage at all!) We understood from the desk clerk that getting lost in the parking lot is not uncommon which begs the question: why not fix it???
