We truly enjoyed our stay. The man who picked us up at the airport and took us back the following morning was polite and personable. He wouldn't even let us carry our hand luggage in the van. The receptionist who signed us in was also polite and friendly. When I asked for extra pillows they were immediately given to me with a smile. The lady in charge of the continental breakfast also greeted us with a smile. At 6:30 in the morning it started our day off well! We loved opening our door in the morning and finding the newspapers; a beautiful touch! We shall definitely visit you again on our next trip to your beautiful city.

Stayed one night and room was clean and bed was fine. Staff did not clear snow from sidewalk and icy sidewalk had me making detours. Told staff but they just smiled. Close to shops and next door to a tasty Greek restaurant. Underground parking.

the room is small, but clean, close to shopping at Richmond center and all the chinese restaurants and malls. bed is comfortable and bathroom is clean, as long as you don't look for amenities, its not a bad deal.

It was a great hotel to stay in prior to flying out for a holiday south. They kept our vehicle in underground parking n/c. A limo was available to the airport during the day and close to catch a cab back in the nite; very nice continental breakfast served; nice, friendly service from all staff.
