I was very happy with my stay! Everything worked out perfectly and the location was close to the airport and the shuttle really eased my travel experience!Thank you.

we had 4 rooms for one night. The overall experience was not pleasant. The lobby and rooms smell like Good Will stores; the bathroom smells like gyms on a warm day; the "high-speed" internet access was flaky; one of the rooms was even under construction; the free breakfast was minimal. It is much worse than a typical Comfort Inn. However, at this price, maybe that's we shouldn't expect that much.

This Comfort Inn is conveniently located v.close to YVR & only 20mins via bus to Downtown Vancouver. Room & ammenities were clean & decent, met friendly, helpful staff, so had a comfortable short visit!

This Comfort Inn's conveniently located v.close to YVR airport.Only 20mins via bus to Downtown Vancouver. Room was clean & decent, good ammenities, staff so friendly & helpful. Very good value on a short trip, Recommended!

The stay was comfortable and the staff friendly. My room was very cold upon arrival however. It would have been nice for it to be warmed up before I got there.

non-smoking room smelled like smoke, curtains were hanging off the rod, toilet was loose from the floor. Moved to another room that was better, beds were hard as rocks.

I was a patient for one of the clinic in Richmond and although I had heart problem, the front desk staffs were so kind and generous to help me very nicely. Location is very convenient and room is neat. Loved the renovated swimming pool. Feel like home, comfortable.

They gave me a smoking room. It looked like a room from the 1960's. curtains could not be shut, electrical boxes were open, radiator was hanging loose, the water was brown, in the morning there was no hot water for the shower! Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the front desk agent was friendly, so close to airport & casino & shopping mall. nicely decorated swimming pool renovated honeymoon room.

The hotel was in very good location, 5 mins to airport, 5mins to shopping mall, casino. They even have complimentary casino shuttle. Strong complimentary wireless in all rooms. Friendly & experienced staff. Excellent Breakfast & secured parking & best price

this was a nightmare, and even worse they didnt care and nevre did anything to compensate, not even a apology. 1)no heat 2) shower not working right 3)smoke alarm going off, change room at midnight with 2 small kids

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, & I have been in many countries worldwide. The room stank of smoke (my only request was a non smoking room). The windows could not be opened - the vent seemed to blow in smokey air? The room had an all round dirty feel (I decided to use my own sleeping bag instead of the not so clean looking/smokey duvet). It was expensive & did not include breakfast or dinner. Possibly one of the worst ways to spend your first night in a new country after travelling all day.

The air conditioning was not working in our room & therefor found it to be quite uncomfortable night because it was a very hot night.
