the location is central to where we wanted to be, that is, nearby quality restaurants and shopping at the mall across the street. The blinds in the room was not shutting properly therefore we had some light that came into our room preventing us to sleep a bit longer that we wanted. The extra complimentary two bottles of water came in handy during a shortage in the city during the weekend we stayed. We really appreciate that thoughtfulness.

Excellent restaurants within walking distance and the Richmond Mall is nearby.

Inconvenient parking facility and we're charged for it.

Decent hotel with all necessary amenities. Although the location is convenient, it was somewhat difficult to find due to it being set back from the street and the hotel's signs were not easily visible.

Easy check-in and convenient location.

$11/day parking when other hotels in the area offer free parking.

Conveniently located 10 minutes from Vancouver International Airport, Best Western Richmond Hotel & Convention Centre hotel is near major shopping areas and attractions catering both family and business travelers. The hotel houses a nightclub and a lively lounge and bar where you can meet fellow guests. If travelling with the family, you'll enjoy the great picnic area where the kids can have some fun. The hotel provides convenient ski storage to guests. If communication is an issue, rent a cell phone on the premises. Young people wil love the pool table where they can meet new friends. If planning a formal dinner with your loved one, a limo is available for your service. Having the kids with you won't be a problem as babysitting is provided in the room. If short of cash, hit the ATM located in the lobby.

Great location near the airport. Nicely renovated rooms. Convenient dining options on site and nearby. The staff and management are helpful and friendly. No problems with the shuttle service.
