This pet-friendly luxurious inn offers an assortment of modern comforts. But almost all guests griped about dingy dirty rooms, cigarette smell in non-smoking accommodations, filthy bathrooms, out-of-order heat and AC units and televisions, bathtubs without water and unprofessional front desk staff.
