We enjoyed our stay in Edmonton at the Super 8. We also stayed at a Super 8 near Halifax Nova Scotia, this is why we choose this one. The girls at the front desk were extremely helpful and always thought of what would be best for us. eg. my husband is a smoker, so they put us on the bottom floor so he could go for a smoke without having to wait for an elevator or use the stairs. I would definately go there again.

Appreciated the friendly staff and use of internet/printer to arrange my airline seat and boarding pass. Very pleasant staff.

Generally speaking we were not too impressed by the room. The fridge did not work. The air conditioner and heater were broken. The electrical outlet was broken in the room. We requested a room for 4 people and were given only three towels and face cloths. I have to say we liked the continental breakfast.

The hotel staff and facilities were great. However, because it is frequented by oil patch workers it gives it a bit of a rough look. It could be uncomfortable for single women and children. For instance we did not feel comfortable participating in the continental breakfast room.

The room was nice and clean and well taken care of. The continental breakfast was sparse and not so fresh.

Your hotel was good for an overnight, but there is only junk food available and the TIM H's was so busy it was ridiculous. The few staff I saw were very friendly and helpful at the hotel which was nice. As the airplane we use lands there so late, it would have been nice to know what eating facilities were available before hand so could you include that on your web site? Thank you so much!
