Does HotelsByCity recommend this hotel?
We definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you are looking for a special getaway. The Chateau is amazing. The staff is friendly and eager to help, the rooms comfortable and the restaurants, although expensive, are very good. One of the concerns raised was the cost of the hotel. It is pricey and some felt that parking costs should have been included. Although not uncommon for many high-end hotels, it does add more to your bill. But again, the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is an ideal place to enjoy a special treat. Read our customer reviews?
Surrounded by elegance, you’ll look forward to returning to your room each day. Whether you’ve booked a guest room or suite, you’ll love the amenities each has to offer. Many of the rooms have high-speed Internet access and all show off the nature that surrounds the Chateau. Although, the comfortable beds and inviting duvets might make it hard for you to even want to leave your room.
With four-legged animals as your closest neighbor, you just know that outdoor adventure awaits. Fly-fishing, mountain biking and horseback riding are only a few of your summertime options. Once the snow falls, the skiers and snowboarders come out in droves. On the hotel grounds you can work up a sweat at the health club or relax at the Escape Spa and Salon. The Chateau also features a number of dining options. Stay relaxed at the Poppy Brasserie or go Western at the Glacier Saloon. Try something new at the Walliser Stube or enjoy the views from the Fairview Dining Room.
