Having spent 3 busy days at your hotel we were not able to enjoy all the amenities offered, but wish to compliment your staff. They were most helpful, cordial and went out of their way to answer our questions

We found that as the Crowne Plaza and the Westin both offer the Heavenly Beds, both sleep experiences were excellent. However, the Crowne Plaza was much friendlier and accomodating at the front desk, the rooms were less expensive (rack rate) and bigger, and the entrance to the Crowne was more appealing, sporting a more sophisticated charm.

We found the service top notch. The rooms were a little rough, poor wallpaper over obvious wall problems. We asked the men who were helping unload our luggage at check in if the Westin had parking and could they park our vehicle for us. They said yes and took my keys and gave me a slip of paper with a number for future reference if I needed my vehicle brought up front. They did not tell me they were parking my vehicle in a pay parking lot behind the hotel and I received a $40.00 parking ticket because I did not pay and get a paper to put on my dash due to me not knowing where my vehicle was being parked. On the upside the food was terrific and the pool was large and very well kept as were the change rooms. I will be coming back in the future.

The stay was great. The service could use some work. I was disturbed 5 times on my checkout day (4pm check out - romance pkg); not very romantic. Other than that all was well and I would stay again.

Parking was very expensive if you were able to find any at all. Staff made reservation mix-up, then tried to correct it, made another mistake and on check out there was another mistake! UNBELIEVEABLE!

Pricey hotel given the overall bland atmosphere. Needs an update and is somewhat worn in appearance. Expensive restaurant esp for breakfast. Parking was a puzzle. Far from the West Edmonton mall. Chgd for local calls. No free shuttle. $$$$

The heavenly bed was not that comfortable. The bedding was soft and the pillows were great. The room was large and had a moder decor but you felt like you were in a box. Wouldn't stay there again.

This Hotel should not be rated 5 star. First of all parking is a problem because of lack of space. Secondly, the pool is too dirty to swim in. Also advertised to have hottub and sauna...both out of order. Local calling not free like most other decent hotels...overall very bad experience there.
