Free cookies and candy greet you when you arrive, along with a well-informed and helpful staff. After checking in with the attentive front desk staff, you arrive to a a spotless room. It was a pleasure to stay in a hotel where the staff truly cared about its guests and their comfort.

Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in! Kudos to housekeeping!

I'd recommend firmer pillows.

There are 106 rooms and suites with one King or two Queen beds at the Country Inn & Suites by Carlson Calgary Hotel. Staffs are friendly but not overly so; rooms are clean and well-maintained but guests should take note that there is no refrigerator or mini bar present. Guests who wish to do some sightseeing are advised to obtain some form of transportation before or on arrival as the hotel is a distance from the city center. A complimentary airport shuttle available daily from 4am to 12.30am to and from the airport can be requested at the airport when making reservations.
