AMAZING! Staff are friendly, quick and courteous. Rooms and pool area very tidy. Gym well maintained. Beds very luxurious. Very agreeable front desk staff. Have stayed here many times before and love it just as much!

The Sheraton is ideallt situated on the banks of the river and within a few minutes walk to the shopping malls in the city and to the public trains and buses. The brick paved surroundings,the quaint street lighting add to the ambiance of the setting. There are nice bars, restaurants and the Market place across the street. The staff were extremely helpful and made our stay really pleasant

The suite rooms in this hotel are spacious and very comfortable throughout. Love the location near Eau Claire market and the service is great, too. Room service prices are a little high especially when you add in a little wine or a drink, but all in all you won't be disappointed with the Sheraton Eau Claire downtown.
