This 4.5-star hotel is beautifully positioned, close to the theatre and entertainment district of Sydney. It is within walking distance of Darling Harbour, Cockle Bay, Chinatown, Central Station, the light rail network and the monorail....not to mention the CBD.

There are two stand-out features I really like about this hotel: the hotel's central location and the 8th floor Skygarden. Around the corner from the good-sized pool and spa, is a wonderfully green, peaceful oasis, where you can relax and contemplate the vast views of Sydney. Carlton Crest Hotel Sydney Accommodations

There are 251 spacious rooms including four suites. Rooms have large windows so they're pleasantly light-filled and have good city views. Guests can choose between one king-size or two queen-size beds. Because the hotel is tucked away on a small street, it's really quiet so you'll get a great night's sleep.

Amenities offered

There's a great spa, pool and garden on the 8th floor. The cozy Carlton Lounge bar opens at 16:00 ('til late) for drinks. The Hotel's Baraza restaurant is known for its seafood buffet (Thur, Fri, Sat $42.50 per adult). Opens 06:00-22:30 for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. If you don't fancy going out, there's 24-hour room service and a Smart Bar on each accommodation level. The refurbished Business Centre is impressive, as is the multi-level Conference Centre with Ballroom.

Directions from Sydney Airport (15-20mins):
From the Airport, follow O'Riordan Street for approx 4km.
Turn left into Botany Road, Alexandria.
Turn left into Henderson Road, Waterloo.
Take immediate right into Wyndham Street.
You will pass through Redfern and Chippendale.
Continue along Lee Street, Chippendale.
Turn left into Quay Street (at large intersection, with Country Comfort Hotel on the left).
Turn left into Thomas Street.
The hotel is located on the left hand side of the street.
