The Sundowner Ocean View is a small family-run resort with 20 rooms on peaceful North Beach, 15 kilometers from Perth. The 3˝ star R.A.C. rated accommodation is 70 meters from the ocean and just south of Hillarys Boat Harbour. Restaurants, takeaways, shops and a gym are close by. Public bus transport is only 30 meters away. Perth, with more hours of sunshine than any other capital city in Australia, is an ideal base for visiting surrounding attractions including wineries, swim with wild dolphins in their natural environment, Rottnest Island and the port city of Fremantle.

Most former clients enjoyed their stay here and said they would come back again. The location close to the Indian Ocean and friendly staff were the big assets. There were some who were disappointed with their rooms but admitted they were not paying the prices for luxury accommodation. Comfort Inn Ocean View Accommodations
All rooms are air-conditioned and have a fully equipped bathroom with hairdryer, a fridge-freezer, telephone, tea and coffee marking facilities, television and microwave oven. More expensive rooms come with ocean view, kitchenette and a balcony. There also two-bedroom suites and family rooms.

The resort does not have any restaurant facilities but there are numerous places to eat within walking distance. There is Internet access available and there is a guest laundry on-site. The hotel can arrange for a meet and greet service at the airport and the front desk can arrange for tour bookings and car hire. There are barbecue facilities. Two children under 12 can stay in their parents’ room with no extra charge and the hotel will also provide cribs at no extra charge.
