The National Barbecue Battle sees teams and restaurants compete against one another in a bid to be crowned the winners of the competition. There are a range of cash and prizes up for grabs ensuring that the competition is as hot as the barbecues. There are also a range of informal cooking demonstrations with celebrity chefs, live music, children’s play area with activities and much more
