Usually held over the Father’s Day weekend at Centennial Park, the American Artisan Festival showcases the work of over 150 artists from across the region. Works on display range from traditional paintings and drawings through to handmade jewellery, furniture and woodwork. All the exhibiting artists must first go through an application process before being selected to display their works. In addition to the many art exhibitions and stalls, there’s a programme of live musical performances, children’s activities, face painting tents and food and drink stalls
