Memphis celebrates Black history with festivals and events for the whole family. The AutoZone Red, White and Blue Celebration is a massive fireworks show in Tom Lee Park on the Mississippi River. The park is named after an African-American living in Memphis who became a hero when he saved 32 people from a sinking steamboat in 1925
