Billed as one of the top 100 rodeo events in the US, the annual Rodeo de Santa Fe promises visitors a fun-packed weekend of entertainment and excitement. Featuring all the classic rodeo events such as bareback riding, saddle bronc, bull riding, steer roping, steer wrestling and barrel racing, the weekend event is popular with cowboys and cowgirls of all ages. There’s also the crowning of the Rodeo Queen to look forward to and the Rodeo Parade which heads out on a circular route on the Saturday from the Rodeo Grounds. The event was first held back in 1949 and has grown to become one of the leading events of its kind that each year attracts thousands of rodeo fans
