Visitors are invited to celebrate Reno’s Basque heritage at this fun festival. Featuring everything Basque, visitors can sample traditional food, try Basque dancing or sit back and watch one of the many sporting competitions ranging from wood chopping to “soka tira” (tug-of-war). The Reno Basque Festival offers something for everyone and is a great family day out
