San Diego's Street Scene is California's largest, most diverse urban food and music festival. More than 100 international and national artists and groups take part. The first Street Scene took place in downtown San Diego in 1984. Over the years, the festival has grown into a major event hosting top music stars and in 2005, it moved to a new 2.5 million square feet venue outside of Qualcomm Stadium
