This event is an authentic presentation of the Navajo Beauty Way philosophy of living in harmony with nature. Attended by numerous different clans, visitors can learn about Navajo culture from a range of different cultural interpreters ranging from artists to storytellers. Events and demonstrations take place throughout the weekend and include traditional rug weaving, hoop and traditional dancing and performances of ancient and modern Native American music. A range of artists are also on hand to demonstrate the arts of traditional jewellery, painting, beading, and pottery techniques. Visitors can also enjoy a hike with a Navajo ethno-botanist and learn about the Native American uses of local plants
