Winnipeg's Folklorama is a unique event. Local, national and international performers take turns to entertain the crowds with music, dance and food in pavilions set up throughout the city. Visitors can get their Folklorama guides stamped like passports as they experience a little slice of over 40 different cultures in one city, from Cuba to Ireland to Russia and Japan. The Africa/Caribbean Pavilion, for example, serves up jerk chicken and Carib beer along with entertainment from limbo dancers and drummers ’
