Spirit of Washington Dinner Train - gone but not forgotten



For fifteen years my husband has set his watch by the Spirit of Washington dinner train coming through on the tracks adjacent to his shop in south Bellevue.   Watching the happy people cruising by from Renton to Woodinville is a thing of the past.  The tracks are being removed for improvements to I-405 and the train has made its last run. 

Stay tuned as negotiations continue to move the dinner train ...

Outdoor Movie Venues are EVERYWHERE not just Fremont



A few days ago, I wrote a post about Fremont's Outdoor Movies.  Well its quite a bubble living in the "Center of the Universe."  Its a big world out there and it seems that outdoor movie venues are more prevalent than the old Drive-In Movie Theaters.
