Thanks Emeraldcity Blogger: This is very useful information. By the way, I booked a Norwegian Cruiseline, Pacific Coast, one night cruise, from Seattle To Vancouver on September 23 for $100. It is on the Norwegian Pearl which is a new ship commissioned in 2006. It is a great value and I'll look into this return route back to Seattle. If others read this, on 9/24 the ship leaves Vancouver for Victoria and a day in San Francisco ending the added 4 day cruise for pennies. The best rate I saw for this add-on was $249 for inside cabin.
