Try the "Trang"
Located on 818 South and Main St. in downtown Salt Lake City, Cafe Trang offers traditional Vietnamese and Cantonese food with impressive variety. The staff is exteremly friendly and willing to answer any questions those unfamilure with the choices on the menu and there are many choices. They offer popular dishes like Gen. Tso's Chicken, sweet and sour pork but they serve unique dishes as well; there is a lovely dish with a mix of pork and seafood served in a woven noodle basket, very intringuing and delicious.
The restaurant's atmosphere could serve for an elegant dinner or a casual lunch. The prices are low enough to encourage a party to select different dishes and share if sharing is your thing. I, on the other hand, prefer to eat with my chopsticks and use my fork to fend off wondering hands. My favorite dish has been for years the cashew shrimp.
