Texas Folklife Festival 2009
If you want to sink yourself into some knowledge about the different kinds of people who have settled in the Alamo City from decades gone by, you are welcome to join the festivities this coming weekend at the Institute Of Texan Cultures.
It’s where San Antonio will host the 2009 Texas Folklife Festival. Here you will see and read about over forty groups of people from all over the globe. On for three days, Friday June 12th to Sunday June 14th 2009 you and the family can partake in different kinds of foods, fun and entertainment.
Tickets can be bought at any HEB location or online, so come on out and have a grand ole’ time at this year’s Texas Folklife Festival.
On Friday June 12th 2009 the fun starts at 5:00 PM and ends at 11:00 PM. On Saturday June 13th it will resume from 11:00 AM until 11:00 PM and on Sunday June 14th, the last day of this year’s festivities, it will begin at: 12:00 PM and end at 7:00 PM.
