The Poteet Strawberry Festival 2009
I don’t know anyone who does not like strawberries. It’s quite a popular fruit. And if you can’t get enough of this fruit and you happen to be in San Antonio the weekend of April 3-5 2009, you can take in the sights, sounds and delicious treats at the annual Poteet Strawberry Festival.
The venue for this three day event is just south of the Alamo City on Highway 16. And for a $10.00 ticket per person, kids under the age of 12 get in free, you get free parking, clean restrooms, shows, exhibits and all the tasty strawberry desserts and dishes you can purchase.
Take in such sights as: The Alamo Attractions Carnival, The Festival Rodeo and more as you stroll through the grounds at the Poteet Strawberry Festival.
