I’m not Irish. Nor do I have a trace of it in me. My parents (are) and grandparents (were) all descended from East Indian origins.

But if you are here in the Alamo City on this day, celebrating with a Guinness stout, or O’Doul’s beer while waiting for that delicious Corned Beef and Cabbage dish and others, and you happen to be full blooded or mildly Irish, here’s wishing you a Happy Saint Patrick’s Day.

Enjoy yourself as you take a stroll along the Riverwalk, or happen to pinch anyone who might not be wearing green.

And celebrate safely and wisely as we would like to have you around for many more Saint Patrick Days to come!
