Texas Folklife Festival 2008
As the month of May winds down, and plans for the summer come into view, here is one festive occasion you can take in if you happen to be in the San Antonio area in mid June.
What it is, is the annual Texas Folklife Festival. It begins on June 13th and continues until June 15th 2008. This year will be the thirty seventh year for the event, so come on, have a great time and take in some of the diverse foods of San Antonio and Texas.
There will be tasty edibles and delicacies from at least forty different countries.
Part of the event’s entertainment includes live music and it is being held at the University of Texan Cultures on Hemisfair Park.
