Jazz's Alive At Travis Park
If you are a lover of Jazz music and you happen to be in the Alamo City this coming weekend (September 22nd-23rd 2007) this is one Jazz’s Alive music festival you should not miss.
Put on by the San Antonio Parks Foundation, it should be an exciting two days of music, food and activities at Travis Park, downtown, San Antonio.
On the first day of this festive occasion, September 22nd 2007 starting at noon, there will be performers on the AT&T Jefferson street stage, so be sure to check that out. Later on that evening, at 6:15 PM on the Bud Light main stage, there will be performances by: Henry Brun and the Latin Playerz featuring Judi DeLeon. At 7:45 Jane Monheit will join in and perform, at 9:00 PM Urban 15’s Carnival San Anto will be on stage, and at 9:30 it will be Arturo Sandoval.
And on Sunday September 23rd, world renowned performers, Chuck Mangione will entertain the crowd with his trumpet at 6:30 PM on the Bud Light main stage, followed at 8:00 PM by Urban 15’s Carnival San Anto and the Rippingtons at 8:30 PM. So come on and join in on the festivities.
