P.F. Changs Top Chinese in Memphis
P.F. Changs, located at the corner of Park and Ridgeway, offers something that no other Chinese food place can. Actually they offer a whole heap of things that no other Chinese food restaurant can offer. Chang's offers the n dishes that one can find at any chinses restaurants and at competitive prices. But Chang's also offers a great wine list, great atmosphere, and incredible food. Most of us can say we had a good meal at any Chinese food restaurant but not many places will wow you. From the staff to the food, the experience is a great one. Ask a waiter what he or she thinks and they will actually be able to tell you because the staff has tried almost everything on the menu. The other night I had one of the best sea bass dishes I have ever had. It was pan seared and came in a ginger soy sauce with spinach and a life span of 60 seconds before I devoured it. Changs might sometimes be a little pricey but it also offers lunch special prices which make it cheaper than that average Chinese food place. Basically if you are looking for a nicer/ normal restaurant feel, plus good food and a good staff and obviously Chinese food, then P.F. Chang's is your place.
