Louis's at Pawleys, which is in the Pawleys Island Hammock Shops, has new menu items.
New dinner dishes include:
Short Rib Ravioli with Red Wine and Truffles
Baked Grouper, Shrimp and Oysters in Piquant Sauce with Aromatic Rice
Grilled Free Range Chicken Breast with Black Eyed Pea Risotto and Collard Greens
Orecchiette with Garlic Spring Peas, Asparagus and Morels tossed in Parmesan Cream
Mustard Crusted Salmon with Potatoes, Spinach and Dijon Broth
Pepper Seared Tuna with Tomatoes, Capers and Olives
New lunchtime offerings are:
Shrimp and Crab Salad with Creole Dressing, Hard Cooked Eggs and Tomatoes
Southern Fried Chicken Salad with Bacon Buttermilk Dressing
Tuna Nicoise with Grilled Tuna, Potato Salad, Green Beans and Hard Cooked Egg
Grilled Goat's Cheese Sandwich with Spinach and Tomato on Country Bread with Spring Salad
Steak Frites with Petit Filet, Mushrooms, Madeira and Fries
