'Amadeus' Now Playing At The Wilma Theater In Center City



Amadeus is the latest play to hit the Wilma Theater stage.  Described as "Terrifically entertaining, highly theatrical!" by The New York Times, Amadeus is quickly selling out, so be sure to grab your tickets while you still can!

Local Corn Dinner at the White Dog Cafe



On Tuesday, August 7th at 6pm, the White Dog Cafe will be serving the best local corn "the region has to offer" in many wonderous dishes created by White Dog Executive Chef Andrew Brown.  A few of the yummy sample items include corn and herb gnocchi with blue crab and corn broth, corn crusted local fish, and corn pudding with chocolate-hazelnut topping.

Art After 5 At The Philadelphia Museum Of Art



The Philadelphia Art Museum has a new event on Friday nights: Art After 5.  The Great Stair Hall becomes a concert area complete with table service, cocktails, lovely appetizers and desserts.  An "eclectic mix" of international music can be heard here on the first Friday of each month, and is free after museum admission.  The concert starts at 5:00pm and ends at 8:45pm.  The Museum Restaurant is also open until ...

The Ninjas, "Philadelphia's Most Deadly Improv Group", will be performing tonight at the Milkboy Cafe in Ardmore, PA.

The Philadelphia Orchestra's 'Best of' Series at the Kimmel Center



The next three days are exciting ones at the Kimmel Center.  The Philadelphia Orchestra will be performing the "Best Of" Mozart, Beethoven, and Tchailkovsky on June 20th, 21st, and 22nd, respectively.  All concerts begin at 7pm with Rossen Milanov, conductor.   philaorch.jpg

The M Room: Restaurant, Lounge, Venue



The M Room, or "Manhattan Room", is a cool restaurant, bar, and entertainment venue located on 15 West Girard Avenue in Fishtown, PA.   Known as Fishtown's "first music venue and lounge", it has live music and DJs 7 nights a week.  The M Room is open Monday through Friday from 4 pm to 2am, and open from 11am-2am on Saturdays and Sundays.
