Local Corn Dinner at the White Dog Cafe
On Tuesday, August 7th at 6pm, the White Dog Cafe will be serving the best local corn "the region has to offer" in many wonderous dishes created by White Dog Executive Chef Andrew Brown. A few of the yummy sample items include corn and herb gnocchi with blue crab and corn broth, corn crusted local fish, and corn pudding with chocolate-hazelnut topping.

After dinner, the White Dog Cafe encourages you to "learn about the challenges facing small family farmers and how citizens can help change the US Farm Bill" with Deborah M. Burd, Executive Director of the National Campaign for Sustainable Agriculture.
It is $45 per person, which includes a 4-course meal discussion, tax and gratuity. Reservations are required, so be sure to make yours now before it sells out! Call 215-386-9224 to reserve your spot.
