The Philadelphia Orchestra's 'Best of' Series at the Kimmel Center
The next three days are exciting ones at the Kimmel Center. The Philadelphia Orchestra will be performing the "Best Of" Mozart, Beethoven, and Tchailkovsky on June 20th, 21st, and 22nd, respectively. All concerts begin at 7pm with Rossen Milanov, conductor.
Each concert will feature well-known pieces such as Mozart's The Marriage of Figaro, The Magic Flute,

Eine kleine Nachtmusik, Beethoven's Symphony No. 7, 8, and 9, and excerpts from Tchailkovsky's Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, Romeo and Juliet, and 1812 Overture.Â

If you haven't made your way to the Kimmel Center yet, now is the time.Â
It is a beautiful theater, with acoustics perfect for listening to the music of these great composers.Â

This is an excellent way to support the arts in Philadelphia, as well as a way to beat the heat and hear an evening of beautiful music.
