The other day I had a nice lunch at Byways Café. I had a grilled Tillamook cheese and ham sandwich. It is also a great breakfast place. I love the décor in the small place. Everywhere that you look there are old souvenirs; postcards, mugs, posters, plates and knickknacks. It is fun to dream of going to the places that the souvenirs are from. The soda fountain is fun with swivel stools. The kind of stool that I always got in trouble playing with. The enjoyable, fun place with good food and friendly service is worth the wait for a table.
