Portland Nursery
It is now spring, a good time to go to Portland Nursery. The nursery has a passion for plants. Now celebrating its jubilee year, a 100 years in the nursery business. I enjoy strolling through the five acres of plants at the Stark street location. Leashed, well behaved dogs are welcome in the nursery. The nursery stocks unusual, hard to find plants and must have, proven favorite plants. New stock arrives weekly, I stop by often. On my last visit I bought three rose bushes and a sedum.
