Tulsa Police Investigate Overnight Shooting

(TULSA, Okla.) September 24- Tulsa Police are investigating an overnight shooting.  It happened at the Avondale Apartments on 71st Street between Leis and Peoria.

E. coli Outbreak update

It's been 10 days since the last reported case of E. coli sickness in Green Country.

So the state health department feels confident the outbreak is over.

The health department confirms 314 people got sick, 72 of them bad enough to be hospitalized.

Some are still in the hospital.

The health department links the E. coli contamination to the Country Cottage restaurant in Locust Grove.

Suppliers To SemGroup Win Ruling


A ruling by a bankruptcy judge moves companies that sold oil and other products to bankrupt SemGroup a step closer to getting paid.

The order by Judge Brendan Shannon in Delaware allows the companies to file a claim for goods they sold on credit to SemGroup in the 20 days before the Tulsa company filed for bankruptcy.
