Tulsa Police Investigate Overnight Shooting

(TULSA, Okla.) September 24- Tulsa Police are investigating an overnight shooting. It happened at the Avondale Apartments on 71st Street between Leis and Peoria.
Police say a woman came up to the apartment and went inside. She was confronted by the homeowner and asked what she was doing there. The women then turned to the homeowner’s girlfriend and told her to step outside onto the balcony.
The girlfriend did and when she looked through the curtains, she saw a man walk into the apartment and start struggling with her boyfriend. They were each trying to wrestle away a shotgun.
The shotgun went off, hitting the homeowner in the face. He was taken to the hospital in critical but stable condition.
The male and female suspects fled the scene on foot taking the shotgun with him.
Police are searching for the two suspects. They believe the two knew the victims but do not have a motive in this case.
