NYC Restaurant Week, Winter 2009 is Almost Here

With the economy in a downturn and everyone's budget taking a hit, there couldn't be a better time for the 2009 edition of Winter Restaurant Week in New York. Fans of pastrami and pickles, rejoice... you'll be happy to know that the famed Second Avenue Deli, a Lower East Side institution, has reopened after being closed for nearly a couple of years. Just don't look for it in its former location... or on Second Avenue, for that matter.
