Coney Island Free Music Festival
It's getting hot and muggy in New York, so it must be time for the annual FREE Siren Music Festival at the famed Coney Island beach. This year's event will take place Saturday, July 21st.
Sponsored by the alternative newsweekly The Village Voice, the Siren festival presents of mix of well-known and up-and-coming alternative rock bands on two stages in a big all-day, all-ages outdoor party. Between sets, DJs will be spinning tunes throughout the day.
