It's just been discovered that Bumble Bee's does indeed offer more for breakfast - on the weekends. 

On Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. the seeker of breakfast can find Migas, Breakfast Quesadilla, Huevos Rancheros, Huevos con Chorizo, Chilaquiles and the previously mentioned Breakfast Burritos. 

There it is, breakfast fresh and quick.  And speaking of quick, they offer to have it ready if you call ahead and want to grab your food on the fly.  Downtown number for BB's on Jefferson is 820-BUM-B and the southside location on Cerrillos Road is 988-FAST.
