La Choza - One of Santa Fe's Best New Mexican Restaurants

Located at 905 Alarid just kitty-corner across Cerrillos Road and the railroad tracks from Whole Foods, La Choza is a prime place to go when you're looking for some green chili, red chili, or the blend of the two known as Christmas. It has parking (hey that can be a big deal in Santa Fe) and a comfy, homey atmosphere.

It's located in an old adobe headquarters of a turn of the century ranch and offers Northern New Mexican food.

La Choza is true Santa Fe dining and is the sister restaurant to another local favorite, The Shed, located downtown on Palace Ave. (but I'll tell you about that one another time).

The place ain't fancy but the service is very good and friendly and the food is great!  Even have patio dining.

If you want to eat where the locals do, this is one of those places.  Wanna make your mouth water?  Check out their MENU online.
