Now in its third year, the Boulder Dam Short Film Festival welcomes a slew of 100 aspiring filmmakers this weekend, whittling down the entries until Sunday afternoon, when only the "Best of the Fest" remains. Tonight at the Mandalay Bay Events Center, Anderson Silva (Brazil) takes on Travis Lutter (South Dakota) in the UFC middleweight championship. Dana White, president of the UFC, told the press that "this is the opportunity of a lifetime" for Lutter, of reality-show fame, to fight Muay Thai wrestling expert Silva.
