Last night was a proud night for all Prince fans and an even prouder one for Las Vegas Prince fans when the "Purple Rain" artist gave what the Associated Press calls "one of the best Super Bowl half-time shows --- ever." Tonight at the Mandalay Bay Events Center, Anderson Silva (Brazil) takes on Travis Lutter (South Dakota) in the UFC middleweight championship. Dana White, president of the UFC, told the press that "this is the opportunity of a lifetime" for Lutter, of reality-show fame, to fight Muay Thai wrestling expert Silva. FastKart Speedway, located at Sport Center right off the Strip, is the place where race car driver wannabes satisfy their need for speed-- kind of. The 25-mile-an-hour go-carts careening along the 1,150-foot track aren't exactly Ferraris, but they are painted like miniature NASCAR cars and go neck-and-neck the whole way.
