Affordable Las Vegas! - Famous Uncle Al's Hot Dogs and Grille

7385 S Rainbow Blvd
Las Vegas, NV 89139
702-385-3647

These aren't your street corner vendor hot dogs.  They don't taste like that and they aren't priced like that.

What these are, are some amazing hot dogs that were made famous in Virginia Beach.  (Go, Virginia!!)

Uncle Al's offers 12 different hot dogs, including Chicago, New York, and the Virginia Beach Chili Cheese Dog.  You can choose from the distinctive Uncle Al's dogs that have a ...

Coupons for Essentials

dollar sign It's likely that during your stay in the City of Lights you'll never set foot in a grocery store. In fact, while cruising the Strip you might forget the existence of supermarkets entirely. Affordable Las Vegas - Golden Dragon

The Golden Dragon
6120 W Tropicana, Suite A-1
Las Vegas, NV 89103
702-253-5148

Golden Dragon is your typical neighborhood Chinese restaurant.  Nothing to write home about but good enough that you'll go back.  I wouldn't recommend bringing friends or a date here but if you are in the neighborhood and want some inexpensive Chinese food, drop in.

The menu reads like any menu in any low end Chinese restaurant that caters to American tastes.  You'll ...

Affordable Las Vegas - Himalayan Cuisine

Himalayan Cuisine
730 East Flamingo Road
Las Vegas, NV 89119
702-894-9334

This restaurant is at the top end of affordable.  In fact I'm not really sure if I should include it here or under a different heading.

Himalayan Cuisine is a small, clean, and nicely decorated restaurant in a strip mall on Flamingo Road.  One word of warning, you can only access this strip from westbound Flamingo or south bound Swenson.  I'm convinced that this ...
