2007 Las Vegas Marathon
Oprah did it. Puff Daddy/P. Diddy/Puffy/Sean Combs did it. Lance Armstrong just completed one and said it was the hardest thing he ever did... It's the marathon! Las Vegas' next one, December 2nd, 2007, starts at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, goes through Fremont Street and most of Clark County, and makes one giant 26.2 mile loop back to Mandalay Bay. A quarter of a million spectators cheer from the sidelines! Registration this year will be capped at 15,000 participants for the marathon and 10,000 for the half-marathon.
