Cupcake-It's in Mpls, but just over the border from St. Paul
I seldom go to Minneapolis, but when I do, I drive along University over through the campus and then across the Mississippi River on Washington Ave. Every time I drive that route, I see this great little coffeehouse/restaurant Cupcake. I finally got curious enough to stop there. (Besides, my daughter had said she and her fiance stopped there to check out their cupcake options for their wedding cake, and she said it was really cute!)
And, she was right! With outdoor and indoor seating, not too far from the edge of the University of Minnesota campus, it has a lovely, convenient location and all kinds of things to eat besides cupcakes-like sandwiches and other bakery, salads, and of course, coffee.
I am pretty sure they have free internet wireless access there, too. I love these creative little shops; they are fun and stir up my creativity, too.
