Celebrate May Day in Minneapolis with In the Heart of the Beast’s Spectacular May Day Parade this Sunday



Exquisitely crafted expressive giants, magically whimsical floats,  tallbikes, and people of all descriptions will parade down Bloomington Avenue this Sunday for In the Heart of the Beast's 33rd annual May Day Parade. Minneapolis hosts "The Urban Cross Country Ski Race"



Minneapolis’ annual cross-country ski race, the City of Lakes Loppet, will take place this weekend. The race begins at Theodore With Park, a large hilly public park and golf course within city limits, then winds through the beautiful chain of lakes parkway ending in the energetic Uptown area.
