Muskegon, Michigan has been placed on the "football map" because of Muskegon High School's wide receiver/defensive back Ronald Johnson. The Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum


Yesterday President Gerald R. President Gerald R. Ford Laid To Rest in West Michigan


The eyes of the nation are upon West Michigan today - that is Grand Rapids, Michigan.  The body of the late President Gerald Ford will be laid to rest tomorrow at Gerald R. Ford museum in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  Grand Rapids is a close neighbor of Muskegon - just about 45 miles south.
