I just wanted to let people know if you are looking for a hotel to stay at in the Lansing area close to E. Lansing do not stay at the Quality Inn near Frandor shopping center. The Staff is very rude and they will not accomodate their paying guests. We recently stayed there and wanted to have a few friends over to visit and were told that we could not because they needed to save tables in their bar area/pool area for their paying guests only. We were also told that we could not bring outside food. However a huge young girls soccer team had the whole pool/slash dining area plus the outside patio area took up. Because of this large group we were unable to use the pool/bar area we basically had to stay in our hotel room because there was not any room for us in the other areas. They also had brought in outside food from Pizza place and sub restraunts. We made a complaint to the front desk that we felt that we were not being treated equally to the other guests. The general manager said " Excuse me miss but did you reserve 50 rooms" I stated to him no I didn't not but if you are going to accomodate those guest we should be treated equally and accomdated as well. He then again stated "Did you reserve 50 rooms because they did". I stated so it is all about the money. He then stated " Yes it is miss." I don't know about anybody else but I felt that I was treated very unfairly. I will not stay at that hotel again.

The international manager then contacted us regarding our complaint and basically told us the same thing because we only reserved 1 room and not 50 that is the reason we were not accomdated and they refused to refund us our money.
