A Bath is a Necessary Luxury
I was never much of a bath person, and then I met LUSH. A friend of mine bragged about her newest favorite store and I just had to check it out. LUSH describes itself as a "fresh handmade cosmetics store," but think that description does it little justice. When I think of cosmetics, I think of lipstick and blush and foundation. This is not LUSH.
LUSH is a place for people who love to spoil themselves. A typical LUSH shopper believes that baths are pure, heavenly necessity. LUSHies don't like anything unnatural to touch their skin and love all things handmade.
LUSH makes and sells bath ecoutrements - bombs, bubble bars, buttercreams, luxury bath melts, and shower gels. They also sell soap, haircare, fragrance, massage bars, deodorant, temple balm and more.
Aaaaand the stores smell amazing! I can't even describe it - you'll have to see for yourself. LUSH has two stores in the Boston area:
166 Newbury Street, Boston
30 JFK Street (Harvard Square), Cambridge
My favorites?
Creamy Candy Bubble Bar
Rock Star Soap
